Brad Chapman’s extensive experience within the financial sector allowed for a natural transition into the real estate industry. In his role as Vice President of Program Management at US Bank, he managed teams responsible for over $100 million in capital projects throughout the organization.
Brad has been investing in real estate throughout the US for over 15 years and has taken significant interest in the Charleston market. With a focus on acquiring and transforming properties into short-term rentals, Brad has built a successful business model that has allowed him to retire from the corporate world.
With extensive knowledge and experience investing in short-term rentals throughout the Lowcountry, Brad now specializes in working with prospective investors that have an interest in the same market. Brad helps his clients navigate through complex regulations and ordinances, while also providing in-depth revenue analysis based on location and property type.
Originally from Saint Paul, MN, Brad graduated from the University of Minnesota, where he also received his MBA from the Carlson School of Management. An avid fan of all things Minnesota, he also enjoys golf, traveling the world, and exploring the local food scene. Brad moved to Charleston six years ago where he met his wife Megan. They currently live downtown with their three dogs.
