Kimberly Taylor

Kimberly Taylor is a South Carolina native who has lived in the Charleston area off and on since 1987. She got her start in the real estate industry in 2005 as a licensed sales assistant for the developer team at the Village at Wild Dunes. After two successful launches with sales totals of $100 million, Kimberly decided to leave real estate to pursue her passion for historic preservation. She obtained a Master’s degree in the subject from Clemson University and the College of Charleston in 2008. In 2014, after years in the non-profit world, Kimberly returned to the real estate industry seeking a career that would make use of her extensive knowledge of historic architecture and the Charleston area.

One of Kimberly’s most noteworthy strengths is her attention to detail, which makes her the ideal choice to manage your real estate transaction and the day to day needs of Riverland Realty.

Client Testimonials

Riverland Realty agents sold my downtown Charleston home before it was even listed, bringing in one of the highest sales prices ever for my neighborhood!  Then they helped me find and buy the deepwater home of my dreams on James Island.  I’d recommend them to anyone.

John Taylor

I’ve worked with Kimberly Taylor several times, buying and selling homes on Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, and other locations around the Lowcountry.  I wouldn’t even consider working with other agents, as my experience has proven Kimberly is the very best!

Lewis Miller

I had hopes of finding a reasonably priced condo in Mount Pleasant, and I’m so glad I chose Kimberly Taylor to help me with my search.   She helped me find and put in a successful, in-budget offer on a fantastic condo with features above and beyond my expectations.

Marie Adams

I was prepared for a trying experience when I decided to sell my Mount Pleasant home while I was living out of the area.   Kim went above and beyond to make sure that the process was truly effortless.  Not only did she make the process simple, Kim sold my home quickly!
