Kimberly Taylor is a South Carolina native who has lived in the Charleston area off and on since 1987. She got her start in the real estate industry in 2005 as a licensed sales assistant for the developer team at the Village at Wild Dunes. After two successful launches with sales totals of $100 million, Kimberly decided to leave real estate to pursue her passion for historic preservation. She obtained a Master’s degree in the subject from Clemson University and the College of Charleston in 2008. In 2014, after years in the non-profit world, Kimberly returned to the real estate industry seeking a career that would make use of her extensive knowledge of historic architecture and the Charleston area.
